before subscribing.

  • Can I switch tiers?

    Yes, any time. Upgrades pro-rate to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No penalty either direction.

  • How does billing work?

    Card via Stripe on monthly plans. Card or ACH on annual. Cancel from your account at any time; the subscription stops at the end of the current period.

  • What happens if I cancel?

    Your audit and report stay yours. MCP tools stop responding once the period ends. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you come back, then deleted.

  • Is there a refund window?

    Seven days, money-back, no questions asked if you used fewer than five module calls on a paid tier. Email koko@newma.com.
